Spa Policies

Cancellation/ No-Show Policy:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If not given a 24-hour notice, you will be charged a $40 Cancellation/ No-show fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. We have all rights to validate any Groupon voucher if you late cancel or no-show. After one late cancel or no-show you will be required to hold your appointments with a credit card.  


Tips are left to the discretion of the client, we are always grateful. Tips are not included in any treatment prices. Please remember that Groupon is at a discounted price and you should tip per full pricing. If you have any questions regarding the full price of services on Groupon, please ask.

Return Policy:

Perfectly Pixeled maintain a no refund policy for services. We will give credit towards another treatment if you aren’t satisfied with the service previously purchased. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. No product returns/exchanges will be accepted.

Children Policy:

To ensure the complete relaxation of our guest, we respectfully request that children under the age of 14 are not permitted into the spa. Unless said child is receiving a treatment, with their parent or guardian present. 

Gift Certificates:

Available in any amount for services or products. Gift Certificates are non-refundable/non-transferrable.

Payment Options:

We currently accept Cash, Gift Certificates, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All prices are subject to change without notice. We have services that you can pay as you go but we always have packages at a discounted rate.
