Do not steal any thing found in/on my site.
Anyone found violating my terms will be removed from the members area.

I do have a family and they will always come first.

****TUBE LICENSE HOLDERS****
You are allowed to make tubes from any and all outlines provided on my site, EXCLUDING all the Rolly Polly lines & SC Outlines Sections.
Any tubes you make MAY NOT be sold AS IS to be allowed to be downloaded from ANY site other than your own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ANYONE caught WILL be removed PERMANENTLY and WILL NOT get a refund! 

General
* Once you have logged in you have forfeit your rights to a refund
* You are to NOT give out your username and/or password for any reason
* You are NOT to give out any inside contents on your site, through emails, forums, ect. unless otherwise stated
* You are allowed to make premade goodies (siggies, adoptions, ect.) of your choice for real or forum money
*Once your membership has expired and you wish to continue to use
tubes and outlines, you must keep your logo or text link up and active (must be able to click on it)
*You must provide me with a username & password when signing-up. This is ONLY for myself to check my TOU are being met. I will NOT use your stuff, unless I have paid for a membership with you.

Signatures
ALL requests MUST be in no later than FRIDAY of EACH week or your request will count for the next week's request.
Do NOT copy, alter, open in any program (ex. PSP, MSPaint, Photoshop, ect) or claim the tags as your own.
The signatures tags requested from within the members area are yours to use where you wish.
Example...emails, forums, groups, ..ect. But they MUST be properly credited back
The siggies are for you and you only.

Tubes
All tubes found in the members area have been saved as .gif.
Tubes may NOT be altered in anyway.
If you need more colors, please email me, I will make you more =)
Please save all tubes to your own hard drive.
You can make, layouts, siggies, premades and IMs, ect. for personal, free and profit.
If you make IM/OE stats, I ask is that you place a link within the stat to Perfectly Pixeled for the tubes.
Please don't claim the tubes as your own, I worked very hard on them to offer them to my wonderful members.
Tubes may NOT be put into any CD collections that will passed around for free or profit.
Tubes may NOT be offered on your site for download.
Tubes may not be used for any mass production, whether it be on or off line.
Tubes may not be added to ANY "AS IS" collections or websites that offer "AS IS" licenses

Outlines
You may NOT add my outlines in raw form to your site, wither it be in a protected area or not
You may tube my outlines IF you have a license to do so, if not, you may tube them for your own personal use
If you do hold a license to tube, PLEASE display your logo on the same page as your tubes
You may make tube packs to set from the tubes you make
You may use my bases to make tubes, I would prefer you to color a base on your own though
ALL dolls and thier bases MUST be FULLY dressed before being offered in your member area or tube pack

Custom Bases/Outlines
This section has it's own license to be able to tube. If you do not own this license, you may not tube
outlines and/or bases found in this section
All general & outline terms apply to this section
You must place the corresponding logo to the outlines/bases with your creations. Bottom of the same page is fine with me
You must also respect the terms of the original creator of the outlines/bases
